1. Scope of Service & Pricing
N-400 Tracker, operated by Ay Tasarim LLC, is a tool designed to assist users in calculating their physical presence periods for US citizenship applications. The "Premium Package," priced at a one-time fee of $2.99 USD, grants the user the right to generate a total of 3 (three) N-400 compliant CSV reports. Cloud synchronization of entered data is provided as a free feature.
2. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (IMPORTANT)
N-400 Tracker and Ay Tasarim LLC are independent software providers and are NOT affiliated with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. government, or any law firm. The information provided by this tool does not constitute legal advice.
The calculations and CSV exports generated by this tool are based strictly and solely on the data manually entered by the user. These reports hold no legal or binding authority. It is the user's strict responsibility to perform a final review and verify all travel dates against their official CBP I-94 travel history records before submitting their N-400 application.
Under no circumstances shall Ay Tasarim LLC be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to rejected citizenship applications, lost time, legal fees, or USCIS filing fees (e.g., the $725 application fee), arising from the use of this software, miscalculations, software bugs, or user typos. By using this service, the user assumes full and sole responsibility for the accuracy of their final government submission.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all travel dates and information you enter into the tool. The service is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent payment systems, or use the tool for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with N-400 Tracker are the exclusive property of Ay Tasarim LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
