This policy outlines the terms under which Ay Tasarim LLC processes refunds and cancellations for purchases made through the N-400 Tracker service.
1. Pricing Overview

2. Digital Product Status
The Premium Package and Additional Download Credits are classified as "instantly delivered digital content." The service is considered rendered and consumed as soon as the user:
• Utilizes a CSV download credit to generate and download a report, or
• Successfully syncs their travel data to the cloud.
3. Refund Conditions
Ay Tasarim LLC will issue a full refund only in the following circumstances:
Technical Failure: The service is completely inaccessible due to a prolonged technical failure on our end (exceeding 72 hours of continuous downtime), and no workaround is available.
Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment system error.
Unused Credits: If you request a refund before using any of your CSV download credits and before syncing any data to the cloud, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, contact us at support@n400tracker.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending the resolution of the dispute.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
