When you use N-400 Tracker, we may collect the following information:

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and public profile information from Google's OAuth service. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Travel Data: The entry and exit dates you enter into the calculator. This data is stored locally in your browser and, for Premium users, synced securely to the cloud.

Payment Information: We collect only what is necessary to process your transaction. Full payment details (card numbers, CVV, etc.) are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Data Security

Your travel history and personal data are securely stored on the Supabase infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Ay Tasarim LLC is committed to your privacy; your personal data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

      Our commitment: We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. Your immigration-related travel history is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
    

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the N-400 Tracker service: to save your travel records, calculate your physical presence days, process payments, and send service-related communications if necessary.

4. Third-Party Services

Google OAuth: Used for sign-in authentication. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Stripe: Used for payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Supabase: Used for secure cloud data storage. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy.

5. Account Deletion

Users have the right to permanently delete their accounts and all associated travel history from our systems at any time. To request account deletion, please contact us at support@n400tracker.com. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies only to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
